Report Incorrect Parsing
When a message is parsed wrongly, right-click it in a view tab and choose Report Incorrect Parsing…

The report contains the selected message, its parsed fields, the columns as shown, the view layout, and the parser configuration. Send Request sends it to EZ5. If the computer has no Internet access, click Save Request to File… and attach the file to a support ticket.
