Manager Settings
To open Manager settings, in the General section of the main toolbar, click 
Manager.

Behavior
| Auto-connect to local server |
When Manager starts, connect to the Syslog Watcher Server installed on this computer. Windows may ask for administrator rights. |
| Check for updates |
When Manager starts, check for a newer product version. If there is one, Manager tells you. Open Updates for details. |
| Warn if versions differ |
After connecting to a local or remote server, warn if the server version differs from the Manager version. |
| Confirm closing a view tab |
Ask for confirmation when you click a view tab’s close button. |
| Confirm closing Manager |
Ask for confirmation when you close Manager while it is connected to a server. |
Storage Tab
| Maximum selected days |
The most days you can select at once on the Storage tab calendar (1–999). |
Appearance
| Server tab scale |
Size of the Server tab, as a percentage of the Windows display scale (50–200). You can also change it with Ctrl + mouse wheel on the Server tab. |
| UI language |
Language of the Manager user interface. Only English is available in this version. |
| Long date format, Short date format, Long time format, Short time format |
How Manager shows dates and times. System settings (an empty value) uses the Windows regional format. To use your own format, type a format string. Restart Manager to apply a change. |
